Health Coverage
We offer four medical plans through Anthem Blue Cross (PPO) to fit your needs, as well as dental and vision (EyeMed) to make sure you’re covered. Carriers may vary by state.

Coaching & Skill Building Workshops
Our skill-building classes help guide employees through their individual roles to elevate their abilities. Each month, our onsite learning sessions and interactive workshops – hosted by fellow Pirates and external experts – offer opportunities for employees to boost their capabilities and sharpen their skills.

Mental Health & Wellbeing
Through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), we offer six free and confidential short-term counseling, referrals, and resources in other areas including marital problems, parenting, drug or alcohol abuse, stress management, financial planning, adoption, and certain legal matters. We also provide a complimentary subscription to the Calm app. Throughout the year, look out for goodies like guided meditations and chair massages to help you create balance in your work days.

Dog Friendly
We welcome your doggo(s) in the office. Our dog policy/agreement will be shared on your first day. Sorry, no cats dressed as dogs.
