As CSO, Jill leads the agency’s strategic vision and inspires teams to think boldly about brands, culture, and creativity. A champion of insight-driven Disruption, Jill’s work is rooted in finding the emotional core of brands and turning sharp human truths into big ideas. Jill joins Chiat following leadership roles in tech and advertising, including Sr. Director of Brand & Product Marketing at Yahoo and Head of Global Brand Marketing at Twitch. She has also held lead strategy positions at Deutsch, GS&P, and several independent agencies. Her track record includes standout campaigns such as the 2025 Super Bowl campaign for Yahoo, the Twitch brand relaunch, Cannes-winning work for Taco Bell’s breakfast launch, and breakthrough campaigns for Logitech.

A storyteller at heart, Jill’s approach is equal parts data-driven and daring, reflecting her belief that the best ideas come from those brave enough to ask “what if?” and bold enough to find the answer.
