Our skill building classes help guide employees through their individual roles to elevate their abilities. Each month, our onsite learning sessions and interactive workshops – hosted by fellow Pirates and external experts – offer opportunities for employees to boost their capabilities and sharpen their skills.

The FSA and HSA give employees the option to set aside a portion of their paycheck, pretax, to cover eligible out-of-pocket medical and dependent care expenses up to annual IRS limits.

Mental Health & Wellbeing

We invest in our employees’ mental health. Through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), we offer free and confidential short-term counseling, referrals, and resources in areas including marital problems, parenting, drug or alcohol abuse, stress management, financial planning, adoption, and certain legal matters. On occasion, we also offer things like Meditation Mondays and other ways to create a balance in your work day.

Dog Friendly

We welcome your doggo(s) in the office. Our dog policy/agreement will be shared on your first day. Sorry, no cats dressed as dogs.
