Our creativity starts with our people, but doesn't end with our work.
There are certain people who are driving change in this modern era of innovation. They are not satisfied by keeping pace. They are setting it. These people are disruptors. Disruptor Series is an ongoing speaker series hosting guests from a wide range of fields, with an emphasis on diversity and unique voices we believe can inspire us rather than impress us. Whether it be music, film, wellness, or food, this platform is built to create conversation by highlighting guests we know will create an impact on our people and will inspire new thinking that will better us as a collective.
We know how hard and tirelessly our people work. So, we created a platform meant to cut directly through their work day. Intermission is a monthly series aimed at disrupting the lives of our employees with stimulus through creativity, fun and unique experiences. These events are also where we showcase culture moments such as PRIDE, International Women's Month, and Black History Month. Intermission is also home to our annual music festival, Chiatchella, and an annual comedy hour. A space where everything stops and we all come together, Intermission builds community through shared experiences and play.
